Vigilance Awareness week was observed in the Vidyalaya from 30th October to 4th November . following activities were arranged during the week -

(-) Essay writing contest

(-)Poster- making contest

(-)skit on "Eliminating corruption".

(-) speech contest- Inter House 

 

Children's  day celebrated with great enthusiasm on 14-11-2017

 

On the occasion of "National Unity Day"-31-10-2017 , following events were held :-

I- "Run for Unity "  Run

II-"Taking Integerity Pledge"

III-"Inter House speech contest" on "Unity in diversity is the beauty of our Nation "

 

"Paryatan Parv" tour to Nanital was  undertaken   on 25-10-2017.

 

Mid Term Tests were held from 7-10-2017 to 17-10-2017.

 

Hindi Pakhwara  was  celebrated  in  Vidyalaya  in Sep-17.

 

 Teachers day celebrated in Our Vidyalaya on 5th September .

 

A class-wise Display Board competition on the following themes was held on 28th June.

Juniors: Clean India, Green India

Secondary: Digital India

Senior Secondary: Goods & Services Tax

 

1st Periodic Tests for class 3rd to 11th were conducted during 10th -17th July.

 

An inter-house Science Quiz competition was conducted in vidyalaya on 19th July.  Raman House got 1st position.

 

An inter-house English Speech competition was held on 26th July.  Raman House & Shivaji House stood first in junior and senior level respectively.

 

To celebrate 70 years of Independence, a speech contest on National Integration and an inter-house quiz on Indian national movement were held in the vidyalaya on 14th August. A swachhata rally was organized on 15th August.

 

2nd Periodic Tests for class XII commenced on 23rd August.


 

Vidyalaya participated in 30th regional level Youth Parliament Competition held at K V Upper Camp, Dehradun on 19th August and was adjudged second.

 

  Vidyalaya celebrated 71st Independence Day on 15th Aug. Col V Shiva Sesa Sai, honourable Chairman, VMC was the Chief-guest.
